Giving Back Together: Celebrating CPW's Charity Impact So Far in 2026

For the third year running, CPW teams across the UK have remained committed to making a difference, dedicating hundreds of hours to volunteering and raising substantial funds for charitable causes. From our annual Charity Day and the CPW 3 Peaks Challenge to fundraising quizzes and volunteering at the London Marathon, our teams have given their time and energy to support the causes that matter most to them.

Continuing the success of previous years, CPW held its first dedicated Charity Day of 2026 in May. Across the business, teams contributed an incredible 676 hours of volunteering and raised £1,320 for local organisations and community initiatives. Activities ranged from outdoor maintenance and litter picking to coordinating collections, renovating community gardens, volunteering at animal sanctuaries and even running a charity car wash. The day supported a variety of organisations, including Autism West Midlands, Children's Storehouse, the Mental Health Foundation, Newlands Bishop Farm, Wenlo Riding School, Solihull Hospital and The Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital, among many others.

The charitable efforts haven't stopped there. Throughout 2026 so far, our teams have continued to go above and beyond, not only helping to shape the built environment through their work but also supporting the communities around them.

June saw the return of CPW's popular 3 Peaks Challenge, where 14 team members successfully climbed Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within an impressive 24-hour period. Taking on the challenge in support of Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity, the team managed to raise a fantastic £1,000.

Our support for Marie Curie has also continued throughout the year. Earlier in the year, colleagues braved cold and wet weather conditions to assist with charity collections across Solihull, before hosting a CPW Speed Quiz at Solihull Sports and Social Club in June. The event raised a further £625, adding to the growing total raised by CPW and its employees so far this year.

In April, Director at CPW, Antonios Agapakis, volunteered at the London Marathon in support of SSAFA - distributing water to runners and providing encouragement along the route. Helping the event run smoothly behind the scenes, his contribution supported one of the UK's most iconic fundraising events of the year. CPW is proud to maintain a strong connection with the Armed Forces community through its commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant.

Throughout this summer, CPW has continued to host multiple fundraising sport events, such as a charity padel competition and golf day, in support of University Hospitals Birmingham, Cancer Research UK and Dementia UK.

With another Charity Day around the corner, set for September, there will be plenty more opportunities for team members to get involved in charitable activities.

Supporting local communities remains central to CPW's values and culture.
