The National Brownfield Institute


Our main role in this project was to create mechanical and electrical design solutions that would be flexible, efficient and improve the carbon footprint of the building. We incorporated passive building practices and implemented low-carbon technologies to supply the remaining demand. The space is designed to adapt to the user’s needs and contributes to the University’s sustainability goals.

Ragdale Hall

We helped the Ragdale team to redevelop their existing spa facilities, accommodation and surroundings, including extensive updates to existing electrical services. The project involved M&E installations, structural re-design work and building services done in such a way that there was minimal disruption to clients during the work.
