Our Approach

 

This is the largest city centre urban renewal project anywhere outside London. This ambitious 60-acre regeneration project has created over 2000 homes with 339 PRS units and 37 blocks of luxury apartments, a hotel, a business quarter combining office and commercial space and 8 acres of outdoor space.

Heating and hot water were provided using a district heating systems on relevant phases for efficiency and low-carbon energy production.

The scheme include a significant Photovoltaic array to take full advantage of the elevated development’s south-facing aspect.

The development has been designed to meet ‘Lifetime Homes’ criteria, allowing homes to be adapted to meet changing needs.

Recent awards and accolades include:

  • Placemaking category at the Property Awards

  • Best regeneration project at the Housebuilder Awards

  • Development of the Year at the Sunday Times BHA awards.
