CPW Returns To UKREiiF 2024

The CPW team is delighted to be back in Leeds attending UKREiiF from 21st-23rd May. Expecting more than 10,000 attendees this year, the aim of the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) is to connect people, places and businesses to accelerate and unlock sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment in the UK.

The key themes for this year are:

  • To accelerate the Build Back Better and Levelling Up agendas

  • To encourage and energising support to transition to a more sustainable and net zero mindset within the industry

  • To actively promote Social Value and EDI

Director and Northern region lead Gareth Moad said: "We are thrilled to once again attend UKREiiF this year! This event holds tremendous value for us as a company. I'm particularly excited about the opportunity to engage with project partners and stakeholders in our own backyard - it’s great to welcome peers from across the UK to the vibrant community we call home.

“In a world grappling with growing environmental challenges, sustainable practices have never been more crucial. At UKREiiF, space is created for collaborative discourse, enabling us to exchange insights, explore ideas, and forge new partnerships that will drive meaningful change. Alongside this, encouraging the next generation of talent within the building sector to attend and participate in these vital discussions is key for shaping the future of our sector, something this event really encourages. At CPW, we firmly believe in the importance of mentorship and knowledge-sharing, and UKREiiF's emphasis on inclusivity ensures that emerging talent receives the guidance and opportunities they need to thrive.

“The team members attending this year come from a range of specialisms, offering a variety of insights and expertise - so we are all eager to chat with people, share what we know, and engage in some interesting conversations, hopefully building some new connections along the way.

“We look forward to seeing what this year's event has to offer!"
