CPW 2024 Apprenticeship Applications Now Open

CPW is excited to announce that our apprenticeship programme is now open for 2024. We have developed over 150 young engineers through our scheme in the last 10 years and we’re hopeful that 2024 will be another great year for young talent.

We strive to support skills development and invest heavily in nurturing young talent and providing opportunities to grow within the company. Many of our Seniors and Directors began their careers here as trainees and have progressed through the business.

You can apply for positions in Solihull, Birmingham and Bristol with more offices being added soon. You will be taken through to the government apprenticeship service to apply.
