As a company, we are on a mission to design Zero Carbon buildings to help sustain better lives for many generations. Buildings that minimise their impact on the environment, whilst improving the lives of those who inhabit them.

Central to our engineering philosophy are five pillars that underpin who we are: Our clients, Innovation, Sustainability, Social Value, and our People.
Each pillar is integral to CPW and lead every decision we make as an organisation. These pillars are the foundations from which we work with clients to design sustainable buildings that contribute positively to the environment.
1. Our clients
Our 40+ years of success have been built on the foundation of sustaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors. We hold our reputation with current clients in the highest regard and pride ourselves in our ability to continuously demonstrate professional skill, competence, care and diligence.
4. Social Value
As a consultancy, the value of our business is encompassed in the talent of our people. As all staff come from the local communities where our offices are based, we know that engaging with, and feeding back into these communities is a vital element of ensuring that our business is sustainable.
2. Innovation
Our dedicated Innovation team is focused on research-led design. They investigate the latest technologies, methodologies, and practices that are used in various industries and how they can be applied in our own sustainable building design. We invite professionals from other industries to cross-transfer their skills with us and ours with them, encouraging a constant development and attitude of togetherness.

Our commitment to Net Zero Carbon is long-term, both for our engineering designs and for our own operations. We are Planet Mark certified and have hence pledged to measuring and reducing carbon emissions year on year. Our promise is to deliver a truly net zero operation by 2035.
