Our Approach

 

55 Colmore Row is a grade II listed building redeveloped for grade A office space.

The building refurbishment included retaining the historic facade whilst adding a new floor at roof level.

The building services were designed in order to retain the character of the building whilst enabling achievement of BREEAM Excellent rating.

As a result of team collaboration the project won the prestigious award for best Refurbished/Recycled Workplace 2018 by the BCO Midlands region.
