We are one of the first UK consultants to have certified PassivHaus designers.

PassivHaus buildings are a leading standard in energy efficient construction and are designed and built using efficient components and a whole house or building ventilation system to achieve exceptionally low running costs. Aside from being comfortable, healthy and sustainable, a PassivHaus building typically achieves an energy saving of 90% compared to an existing building within the UK.

PassivHaus principles allow our designers to interrogate domestic or non-domestic buildings and test comfort without the need for active heating and cooling systems.
