Description:

This project is to renew the M&E services in 3 adjacent buildings. The buildings are to be made more energy efficient to reduce carbon emissions. Asbestos is also to be removed from the buildings.

Features:

• Temporary power and decants will allow the labs to continue work throughout the project
• Lighting models have been created in order to provide options to the client
• New BMS for more energy efficient control of heating
• Solar film on windows reduces summertime heat gain & internal secondary glazing reduces winter heat losses
