This new 2-storey building is providing a 1st class teaching and learning facility for students aiming for a career in the hospitality and catering sector.

• The building has been hosting students since 2008 and boasts practical and skills kitchens, teaching restaurant, main campus refectory, staff offices and classrooms
• Ventilation was a big challenge to accommodate the large kitchens requiring large extraction and make-up air systems. The office and teaching rooms are served by a mixed mode ventilation system
