Couch Perry Wilkes (CPW) prides itself on actively supporting young engineers by offering traineeships, apprenticeships and vocational training as well as support and mentoring throughout academia to young people across the country.
All of the nine CPW offices have a strong track record of hiring trainees straight out of school, college or university and providing them with opportunities to complete relevant industry-recognised qualifications and in-house mentoring. We also support those who take the university route by not only sponsoring their studies but more importantly also mentor them through their degree.
With this in mind we are thrilled to congratulate ten of our trainees and graduates who have each passed their respective courses with flying colours.
Our four trainees all passed their HNC Year 2 with distinction and our five university graduates each achieved First Class university degrees. Finally, one of our engineers also completed an MSc in Building Services and Engineering Management with distinction.
Wayne Eustace, director at CPW, said: “This incredible line up of talented individuals who are a credit not only to themselves but also to the company. These fantastic results also really highlight how much of an impact mentoring can have on young engineers throughout their academic studies.”
