When Tony Couch, Gordon Perry and Geoff Wilkes opened the doors to CPW back in 1978, it must have been hard to imagine that 40 years, eight offices and more than 200 staff later, employees from across company would gather on a warm Saturday afternoon with their loved ones to celebrate four decades in business.
Overlooking the stunning surrounds of Umberslade Farm Park, CPW’s family-friendly summer celebration day brought together teams from across the company’s offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Huntingdon, Leeds, Nottingham, Leicester, London and Manchester to enjoy an afternoon of good food, live music and exciting activities.
Whether it was scaling a climbing wall, battling to stay on a bucking bronco or simply catching up with a colleague over a drink, the warm, welcoming and vibrant atmosphere felt throughout the day was overwhelming.
Mark Morris, director at CPW, said: “It was a truly fantastic day and I was so proud to see so many of our team and their families join us in celebration for all we have achieved over the last 40 years.
“Our team really does make CPW the company it has grown to be: the unique talent, enthusiasm, creativity and passion each employee has brings something different and equally important to the table.
“On behalf of the entire team, I’d like to thank our colleagues, clients and industry peers for their support and join us in looking ahead to the next 40 years, building on the success we’ve achieved together.”
