Couch Perry Wilkes recently celebrated a tremendous victory at the annual UK Green Apple Awards, which recognise, reward and promote environmental best practice around the world.

We were the proud recipients of the 2016 Gold Award for Building & Construction Sustainability at an exclusive ceremony at the Houses of Parliament on the 11th November 2016, attended by Directors  Simon Seaton-Smith and Lee Davies.

The award has been given in recognition of the landmark Centre for Medicine project we delivered at the University of Leicester in partnership with Associated Architects, who were also in attendance at the ceremony.

The Centre for Medicine is currently the UK’s largest PassivHaus building and meets the environmental standards of BREEAM Excellent and EPC A, marking it as a real standard bearer in sustainable building design.

We are very proud to have received this accolade and congratulate all of those who worked hard to make this project the success it was.
